ChUG collects the information you submit when you RSVP, contact us, or subscribe to event updates. This may include your name, email address, company, and any message you send us.

We use that information to manage event registrations, communicate about upcoming events, respond to inquiries, and improve the event experience. We do not sell your personal information.

We may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, email, and event operations. Those providers may process data on our behalf only as needed to operate the site and events.
